Anaerobic small Thread Coating Machine with Touch screen

The machine is equipped with a touch-screen PLC gluing control system, which makes the operation more intuitive and convenient.

Equipment function: The vacuum suction device specially designed for Mirco- screws coating .that the screw no be falled from the
fixture. Double-drive design, the product jig and the thimble device are equipped with independent motors to rotate synchronously,
which ensures better concentricity and avoids uneven coating in during rotation proccess. Motor controller to moving of dispensing
nozzle.

Feed system: 50ML tank + special valve for anaerobic glue + s/s needle. It is specially designed for 50ml capacity packaging, the
original 50ml packaging can be used directly ,that reduce waste during the glue addition process; According to different glue
characteristics be equipped with different special dispensing valves, which can easily solve that glue be blocked during use
process. dispensing glue is uniform and does not overflow, which can save more than 30% of glue.
